Today I show you how to manipulate repo parms, which is what defines which packages and repositories should be used in which profiles/applications. If you're wanting to create a repository, or generally get started, start with /achelRepo, which is much easier.
The time you'll want to use repoParms directly is when you want to configure a use case that is not covered by the wizard discussed in /achelRepo. Even if that's the case, it would be worth using the wizard to get you as close to the use case as possible before you start manipulating the repoParms manually.
